Happy but Lonely?

I always try to make her happy and contented but still she never finds a way to give an exchange of it to me. Most of the times she stays busy and tried to forget me, but still when I approach her she never forget to smile and say everything’s fine. How can I make sure that she really loves me and willing to take care of me if that kind of affection that I need in sincerity and loyalty is not present. Is she ready with this responsibility? Or just she likes me to stay with her always and happy to avoid loneliness which she always says she hated.
