I see my girlfriend’s weight is getting bigger in this summer. It is because she always has a long time sleeping and most of this time she spend after she eat her meals. I always say that avoid eating a lot food and sleep in a long period of time, but still she did it again and again. With this diet I guess she may gain much weight which I don’t like. I don’t want her be as fat as I am in the future. Hope that she will realize and have discipline to herself for her body weight and especially for her health. Happy eating!
